Ladybugs

I was at my brother's baseball tryouts and all of a sudden someone shouted:

"There's a ladybug on your boot!"

I looked down at my UGG and saw not one, but two ladybugs.

I told my dad to come over and said, "Dad, look! I have two ladybugs on top of each other on my boot!"

My sister said, "Look, one's hurt and the other one is carrying him on his back!"

My brother said, "Look! They're wrestling!"

My dad said, "Nope... I think they're mating."

My Life is Over...

"You like HIM?! No way!"

Well, not really over. It's just that the guy I like found out I liked him. Here's the story...

1. A long time ago, I told only the friends I knew and trusted.
2. Then, I made an agreement with one of my guy friends that if he told me who he liked, I'd tell him who I liked. I told him.
3. During P.E., me and my friend were talking and another girl came up. She asked us what we were talking about, and my friend accidentally let it slip. (I wasn't mad though, she would have found out sooner or later anyways.)
4. I told my other friend in computer class. She promised she wouldn't tell.
5. The girl in P.E. who came up told me that he had found out, and he asked her about it at lunch. She lied and told him I didn't like him. 
6. Today, that same friend from computer class asked me if the guy I liked's brother knew. No, he didn't. She asked if she could tell. No, of course!
7. She didn't tell, but as soon as I wasn't looking, she started to talk. I put my hand over her mouth just before she could say his name. 
8. She ended up mouthing it to his brother, but I don't think he fully understood.
9. She typed it, then she showed it to his brother. Now he knew. I told him not to tell.
10. He did.

Now the guy I like knows I like him. I'm kind of glad that friend told, because I've kinda been wanting to tell him for a while. I just haven't had the guts to do it. =D

Wind!

It's sooo windy right now! It's insane! Since my dog wears a cone, when she goes outside and the wind is blowing against her, it gets trapped in her cone and pushes her back like it's an umbrella and a person. =D

What's that...? You see no difference? Well, you should have been here at recess today. The wind was CRAZY and it blew a pink striped bag over the school building. 

It also messed up my hair. Twice. So I fixed it. Twice. (Then it messed it up again, so it really messed it up 3 times.) And I had to go looking like that in front of the guy I like. Oh, well. It wasn't my fault. =)

York Mints

You know those weird commercials where those girls bite into the York mints in that big white room and then they act as though it opened up all the windows to their world? It doesn't. It's just insanely delicious... =)

They pretty much just make out with it. It's... odd.

T-shirts and such

Our NRCA clothing items finally came in!! I got my T-shirt, long-sleeved shirt, and sweatpants. =)
They say "Dream Team 2017" on them because people in 6th grade now are graduating in that year.

There's no way I can walk around without them falling down.
I have to hold them up...

Life is Good With Braces

That's what my orthodontist told me. I'm supposed to get braces next week, and I'm actually kind of excited. What colors should I get?

I think I'm going to get neon green and bright neon pink as my colors. =D

This was a temporary tattoo that said, "Life is good with braces"

Soccer

Just got back from soccer practice. All I have to say is HOLY FREAKING COW!! It was insanely cold!! Those North Face gloves didn't help at all...

Yes, it was 42 degrees. Not as cold as I expected, but still... BRRR!! =)

A Day in Rome

Today we had a day in Rome, where we pretended to be ancient Romans. We wore togas, laurel wreaths, and I wore nerd glasses. I was an ancient Roman scholar.
